Urgent Response
A client contacted us needing a 2-way machine-to-machine telemetry system as a communications interface between their current field equipment, and their data repository and processing system based at their head office. To complete the project we needed to source and develop suitable hardware for interfacing with the client field equipment as well as develop appropriate software for interfacing with their back of house database. We captured their requirements and produced a proposal for presenting to their board of directors within 48 hours. The development was completed and the functional prototype demonstrated to the client within 3 weeks.
Another client was developing a low power radio based system that needed to be demonstrated within 3 days. They had significant portions of the system non-functional and several features yet to be implemented by their contract personnel. We despatched an engineer within 2 hours to provide direction, additional technical capacity, and rapid development expertise. The system was demonstrable within the allotted time. As a result of our speed of our response and dedication to them meeting their time schedules, we now provide the entire software and firmware development functions for this client.
